By placing an order with Victoria Lorenz Studio, you agree to the following terms.

All artworks and jewellery are original, handmade pieces. Each item is unique and may have natural variations in colour, texture and finish. Product images are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly on different screens.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other available payment methods.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
